1. Scope & provider

These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed via grillmann.ch. The provider is:

2. Conclusion of contract

The presentation of the products does not constitute a binding offer. By submitting your order, you make a binding offer. The contract is concluded when we send our order confirmation by e-mail.

3. Prices & shipping costs

All prices are in Swiss francs (CHF) [incl. / excl. VAT – depending on VAT liability]. A shipping fee of CHF 2.00 per order applies in addition.

4. Payment

Payment is processed via our payment provider Stripe (incl. TWINT, credit/debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay).

5. Delivery

We deliver to Switzerland and Liechtenstein. Items are shipped flat in an A4 envelope by Swiss B Mail. Details: Shipping & delivery.

6. Returns

Our voluntary return policy applies. Details: Returns.

7. Warranty

The statutory provisions on liability for defects under Swiss law apply. If a product is defective, please contact us immediately.

8. Liability

We are not liable for damage caused by improper use of the product (e.g. careless handling of heat and fire). Otherwise, the statutory liability provisions apply.

9. Applicable law & jurisdiction

Swiss law applies exclusively. The place of jurisdiction is – to the extent legally permissible – [registered office/location of the provider].
