In Switzerland, there is no statutory right of withdrawal for online purchases. However, we voluntarily grant you the following return policy.
Voluntary return policy (14 days)
You may return your product within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason, provided it is unused and undamaged.
How returns work
- Send us a short e-mail in advance to [kontakt@grillmann.ch] with your order number.
- Send the product to: [return address]
- You bear the cost of the return shipment. We will refund the purchase amount (excluding shipping costs) to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the return.
Excluded
Items that have been used, damaged or returned incomplete are excluded from returns.
