Protecting your personal data is important to us. We process personal data in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (revFADP) and – where applicable – the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

• Server log data: When you visit, technical data is collected automatically (IP address, date/time, page accessed, browser/device) – for secure operation.
• Order data (from launch): Name, delivery address, e-mail and order details for processing. We do not collect payment data (e.g. card numbers) ourselves – Stripe handles that.

This website is hosted by Hetzner Online GmbH (Germany). Server log data is processed on their servers.

4. Cookies & consent

Essential functions work without tracking cookies. We only set cookies for anonymous statistics if you agree in the cookie notice ("Accept"). Without your consent, no analytics cookies are set. You can change your choice at any time via the "Cookie settings" link in the footer or by clearing the website data in your browser.

Google Analytics: If you consent, we use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited) to measure website usage anonymously. We use "Consent Mode" – without your consent, no cookies are set. Cookieless reach measurement: In addition, we use a self-hosted, cookieless reach measurement running on our own server (no Google, no third parties). It sets no cookies and stores no IP addresses or personal data; it only records anonymous, aggregated figures (e.g. number of page views, device type, referring website). No data is passed on to third parties. As no personal data is processed, no consent is required for this.

6. Payment processing (Stripe)

We use Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe Ltd., Ireland) for payments. When you place an order, the necessary payment data is transmitted directly to Stripe and processed there. Stripe's terms also apply (stripe.com/privacy).

7. Sharing with third parties

We only share data where necessary for order fulfilment (e.g. with Swiss Post for shipping, with Stripe for payment) or where legally required. We do not sell data.

8. Retention

We keep data only as long as necessary for the stated purposes or statutory retention periods.
